Q. What size are the hats?
A. They are Adult sized. Though sizes do vary slightly due to the design. The size equate approximately to 58 cm. Kids range is suitable for 18months to 6 years of age.

Q. What are they made of?
A. Nepalese Wool outer. Polyester inner lining for extra warmth.

Q. How long will my order take to reach me?
A If you order before 3.00PM we endevour to process your order tha same day and at that point your order should reach within two working days. Note we will be posting a Xmas deliveries schedule in order avoid any disappointments for Xmas.

Q. Can I order by phone?
A. Yes. Just call us between 9.30 AM - 5.30 PM on 01926 336664. If you order before 3.00PM you have a better chance of getting your order despatched on the same day. Delivery time should be 2 days.

Q. Are my credit card details safe?
A. Yes. All payments are processed via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can simply fill in your credit/debit card details via PayPals secure payment gateway.
